compliance with Turkish food regulations, the local
legal regulations of the countries where our products
are requested, Islamic jurisprudence, and customers'
halal food safety requirements at all stages of
production.

We prevent potential halal food safety hazards
throughout the entire process, from product
preparation to consumption, by implementing an
effective and dynamic control system that ensures
continuity.

We commit to continuous improvement and development
across all departments of our organization to minimize
risks arising from hazards that could violate or
compromise OIC/SMIIC 1 safety standards.
